Description:

Major ad agency in NYC is looking for a highly talented and passionate Senior Interactive Designer to take their interactive design and art direction to the next level. The perfect candidate should be incredibly creative, strategic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and effective in communicating via design.

Here's the brief:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
oProduce layouts and ideate creative concepts for initiatives in all digital platforms: banner campaigns / websites / microsites / email marketing / social media platforms / mobile / interactive installations, among others
oStrongly influence the work of IA, UX and animation work
oPresent ideas, campaigns, and creative executions to CDs and clients.
oSupport the Creative Directors on preparing presentations to clients and new business
oWork closely with the Digital Creative Directors to refine and evolve the digital production work and its team
oWork closely with producers, art? directors, copywriters, and technologists to envision? and develop next-generation multi-channel digital? experiences.

EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years years of online design experience, which includes a management role
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
- Must know Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Must have familiarity with Flash and Action Script
- Should have understanding of wireless and mobile technologies
- Idea generation and brainstorming skills
- Illustration skills not required but are a plus
- CSS / Markup skills not required but are a plus

- Able to manage multiple projects at once while paying attention to detail
- Accepts client feedback and responds with well considered answers
- Team player that can work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
