Sparxoo is a fast growing advertising agency that specializes in branding and digital. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Internet Marketing to join our team. This position devises the strategy and leads execution of end-to-end, cross-channel demand generation programs. The ideal candidate is someone who is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to execute consistently across content creation, SEO, and social marketing.
Strategic Campaign Management: Manage a team across content creation (writing blogs, articles, and infographics), SEO, and Social. Set and manage program objectives, budget and metrics to meet demand generation goals.
Integrated Campaigns: Work with cross-functional teams inclusive of sales, marketing, business development, and executives to define and roll-out demand generation programs, provide sales enablement tools, support programs, and optimize ongoing processes. Work with marketing teams to tie demand generation initiatives into overall integrated marketing plan and maintain internal calendar of all demand generation programs.
Optimize Lead Generation on Websites / Mobile: Conceive of user pathways and flow from off-site ad impression, to landing page, through to conversion pages. Advanced analytics to track conversion pathways, and recommend improvements to conversion pathways, inclusive of lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with designer, developer, and other content creators to maximize the impact of efforts. Oversee the use of marketing systems, such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, and HubSpot, along with the execution of lead scoring and nurturing programs. Structure and leverage digital and social tools to build and execute campaigns and marketing programs.
Client Leadership: High awareness of specific and measurable client goals, and ongoing analysis to track campaign progress, identify winning solutions and shortcomings, and proactively address with recommendations, or via facilitating conversation to improve outcomes. Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight strategic analysis and actionable recommendations.
Communication skills: Serve as primary point-of-contact for demand generation initiatives with clients. Effective client communications to share point of view and expertise, gaining confidence from clients and enabling progress in campaigns. 4 to 6 years successful track record of managing demand generation, online marketing, marketing automation and sales enablement with a digital media property, branding/digital agency, or in-house sales & marketing position preferred
Experience working with popular keyword tools, building and administering content in CMS environments, and basic html knowledge preferred
