Amplify’s Professional Services team provides innovative services that empower K-12 educators to use data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes. The Senior Manager will provide ELA content expertise, leadership and central office support to schools and school districts. Successful Senior Managers will use educational expertise and knowledge of instructional best practices to assist educators and school systems with using technology to improve student outcomes. The Senior Manager will evaluate each aspect of professional engagement service delivery, providing constructive feedback to trainers to ensure that professional development meets school district and company expectations.
Develop new business through grant writing
Analyze, monitor and communicate results of professional learning to local stakeholders and the company
Liaison for Professional Services in various research studies for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of our services
Lead district and school level professional development engagements, including advising district and school level stakeholders in policy development and supporting the change management process, providing training that supports the mCLASS products and/or the Taking Action With Data Framework
5+ years teaching experience (elementary and/or secondary)
2+ years’ experience with ELA Curriculum Development
Proven experience analyzing various educational data (assessment data, fidelity data)
Proven success with project planning and monitoring expertise, including reporting skills
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to facilitate group and individual interactions
Effective verbal and written communication skills
