Senior Online Marketing Manager

Whether in the form of a single, exclusively arranged box or as a monthly subscription, our customers receive individually selected samples of high-end beauty and lifestyle products – from well-known luxury brands to secret newcomer labels – delivered directly to their door. Utilizing various marketing channels, we foster intensive and sustainable relationships with customers so that our partners receive worthwhile feedback on their products as well as novel insights into their target groups.

Our heart beats in New York, which serves as our US headquarter. Since launch in March 2011, we’ve grown enormously and currently employ over 400 people in 15 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for developing and managing national marketing and communications strategies for GLOSSYBOX US.
Manage all online marketing operations – including online advertising, affiliate marketing, SEM/SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing as well as partnerships and cooperations.
Own strategies that drive quality website traffic, new customer acquisition as well as win-back strategies and a great user experience that creates conversion and upsell opportunities.
Manage by metrics and have budget accountability and responsibility for all marketing activities in the US.
Provide strong leadership – manage, motivate and mentor the local marketing team to build a marketing organization that drives sales and produces measurable results.
Skills
You have +4 years of marketing leadership and multi-channel marketing management experience in retail/consumer goods companies. E-commerce experience a strong plus.
You have demonstrated track-record of driving consumer acquisition throughout all online marketing channels.
You bring excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as prior experience with developing budgets and controlling costs.
You have a strong personality and willingness to succeed. A demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects is required.
You bring strong leadership skills and the ability to establish goals, objectives and priorities that communicate the organization’s vision.
MBA education a strong plus.
