Skills
Proven ability to write great code
Ability to work with other developers to create and maintain complex frameworks
Ability and passion to solve any problem, no matter how challenging
Ability to architect and design a scalable codebase
Experience with MySQL
Experience with caching (e.g. memcached) and other scaling techniques
Desire, passion and enthusiasm to impact millions and change the world
Compensation
Fantastic salary+OTE negotiable.
