Responsibilities
The Sr. PHP Developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and setting up the foundation for a series of new sites. The ideal developer will have broad
knowledge of web development technologies and be well-versed in software development processes, methodologies, and concepts.
In addition, the ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in PHP, Javascript, AJAX, XML, XSLT, CSS, DHTML on the LAMP platform. Fluency in Perl
is a definite plus.
Minimum Requirements
Intimate knowledge of PHP 5 and MySQL 5, 4+ years of experience.
Broad experience in the many existing frameworks that already exist.
Experience in Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture.
Intelligent and have a sense of humor to mix in well with a diverse group of bright engineers.
Experience
Preferred Skills
Have working knowledge of Perl as we have a lot of legacy code.
Methodical in documenting and testing your code.
Someone who is passionate about their work and new technologies.
