Overview
Loomis Group is looking for a senior PHP+MySQL developer to work with our San Francisco interactive team for a one month gig.
You have excellent communication skills and have worked in a team environment. You are a problem solver and have proven success in doing so. You do not give up when facing a problem, expecting someone to tell you how to solve it. You are proactive; you don't know what down time is because you always use it to learn something new. You are positive. When problems arise, you are part of the solution and will do everything to make the project a success. You believe that every new project should be better than the previous one.

Responsibilities
Helping to define and document email project requirements
Developing, supporting, and maintaining clean OOP code
Involved in QA testing
Keeping up to date with current technologies, constantly expanding personal expertise and sharing it with the team
Experience
Hand-coded HTML XHTML CSS Javascript (always w3c compliant)
PHP 3, 4, and 5
Strong MySQL Knowledge
Solid LAMP stack knowledge (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Understanding of the MVC model (familiarity with CakePHP, Symphony, or similar is a plus)
Object oriented programming background (Java, C++, PHP5, etc)
Familiarity with SVN
Skills
"Nice to haves" [Pluses]:
Experience with high-volume sites (300,000,000+ hits/mo)
Experience with PHP Unit Testing
Good knowledge of SEO implementation
Experience working with Flash/Flex working with backend through amfphp and xml
