About the Role
BrightEdge is looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to help drive the next generation of the BrightEdge SEO Platform. The Senior PM will have responsibilities in business planning and support, product design and specifications as well as working with customers and engineering to drive product development. The ideal candidate will have had experience in engineering or product management for an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) company and can work in a fast paced but highly collaborative environment.
Work closely with customers, prospects, sales, engineering and core product team to gather and validate product requirements and drive product design;
Drive delivery of new product features through close collaboration with engineering; manage feature development lifecycle through SCRUM methodology;
Collaborate with customer success teams to drive feature rollout and customer success;
Act as subject matter expert and create collateral for customer and sales support.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an engineering, product design or product management role for an enterprise software company;
Exceptional presentation, oral and written communication skills;
Ability to grasp complexity coupled with a passion to simplify;
Experience designing enterprise or software as a service solutions;
Experience working with customers and prospects in a product, consulting or professional services capacity.
• Degree in computer science or related discipline
• MBA preferred
