CareDox is seeking an aggressive, creative Product Manager to lead the development of our medical records system for camps, schools and daycares. In addition, the ideal candidate will drive the look and design for all CareDox properties and products. S/he will lead the development of our consumer-facing products to drive a consistent experience throughout all of CareDox’s sites and properties.
We are looking for a hunter with a keen eye for usability, World-class design instincts, a strong familiarity with social platforms, and ninja skills in creating viral web products. Our ideal candidate constantly thinks about how to help users and audiences interface with the CareDox products to seamlessly transform a cumbersome and difficult process into an intuitive and user-friendly environment.
Note that we are moving to New York City so all applicants should be able to work there. We are not looking for telecommuters right now.
CareDox believes that everyone should be able to easily access and share their medical records in a secure, user-friendly online environment. Our first product CareDox Parents (formerly known as MotherKnows.com) is a paperless service that effortlessly receives a child’s medical records directly from the doctor and lets parents and guardians have 24/7 access through web and mobile. Furthermore, it allows selective sharing of a child's medical records and vaccination history with schools, camps, day cares and sports leagues. Our API and forms-based technology places medical records into a secure cloud with permission-based sharing tools. Parents will only need to share their child's information once using an intuitive interface and offices can quickly and easily access all the information they require in a paperless environment designed to safeguard the information and comply with all federal and state-specific requirements.

Lead product development opportunities and tactically help the team get through the steps to get things live.
Evaluate product development scope by understanding the user’s needs
Help define and track our mobile strategy, working with third party vendors to improve and develop products
Effectively integrate the product with third-party social applications
Define and track key deliverables as projects and releases move through the pipeline
Work with all stake-holders, including third party distribution partners, to ensure they are deriving full value from this service
Determine metrics of success for each product and follow-up with post-mortem analysis of product misses and successes.
Integrate usability studies, user research, and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs.
Responsible to maximize and balance our revenue needs with UX
Proven experience in developing B2C and B2B products
2-5 years working in consumer Internet product and UX with experience in launching and scaling new features for growing web products
Passion for health and technology and making the world a better place
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bring abstract requirements into reality
Proven ability to work in an agile, collaborative development environment.
Experience with mobile apps is a plus
