Reciprocity, Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the overall strategy of our latest, web 2.0 venture: our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) application. You will be leading the development of the entire product. You will work with customers (including Google), senior management and the development team to develop the vision for and strategy of the product.
Your mission of building work tools is to execute on Reciprocity’s vision: “Inspire employees to understand the greater context of their work, in a very complex world with competing viewpoints, and motivate them to execute well”. This role requires an innovative, committed and intuitive visionary who can pinpoint what our customers want, while integrating Reciprocity’s overall vision, and translate that into our product’s development.
50% Outward Facing: Requirement Documentation, Use-case development, Stakeholder interviews, User documentation, Product marketing, Usability testing (both in depth sessions, and user analytics), Manage Beta User feedback and support
25% Asset creation used both internally/externally: High level feature roadmap management, Wireframing, Storyboarding, Conceptual modeling, Product Strategy, Product Vision, Lean UX methodologies
25% Developer Facing: Developer spec development (creating pivotal stories), web 2.0 feature definition, Lean Startup methodologies, Customer Evangelism, Feature and Issue prioritization and scoping
2+ product management experience
5+ enterprise software experience
Conversant in concepts such as SaaS, multi-tenant, freemium, open source business models, Logging, Internationalization, Data Structures, RESTful architectures, onboarding techniques, Enterprise Consumerization, and Gamification
Experience working with customers
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
Product Strategy, Vision and Marketing
Lean UX methodologies

Lean Startup skills
Four-year degree from top university
MBA or CS Degree preferred
