Overview
As part of the Strategic Accounts team, the AppNexus Senior Project Manager will work with industry-leading partners in the digital advertising space. These partners push the AppNexus platform to the limits with their game-changing initiatives, and the Strategic Accounts team is responsible for their success.
This role will be responsible for managing all projects for our Strategic Accounts. The Senior Project Manager must be able to shift between multiple large-scale programs as well as many short-term projects. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate their smooth delivery and provide visibility to all stakeholders into project status. Ultimately, the successful delivery of our key clients’ projects will reside within the Senior Project Manager role.
This is the perfect role for someone with 4-7 years of experience focusing on enterprise IT project management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys sitting at the center of the most exciting company in a quickly growing industry.

Responsibilities
MAKE CUSTOMERS AMAZINGLY SUCCESSFUL
▪ Manage the delivery of all projects for Strategic Accounts
▪ Create project plans with agreed upon milestones, deliverables, and responsible parties for key initiatives
▪ Provide regular status updates both internally and to clients at both the tactical and executive levels
▪ Escalate issues that may impact the delivery of a project to stakeholders
▪ Review project results with the team and identify successes and areas for improvement
▪ Develop and maintain project documentation
▪ Collaborate with client and the AppNexus Product Management team on product prioritization
BUILD A WORLD CLASS COMPANY
▪ Develop project management best practices within the Strategic Accounts team
▪ Create scalable processes for managing projects requiring resources from many AppNexus organizations, such as Product, Engineering, Sales and Account Management, and Marketing
Skills
At least 3 years of experience working in a client-facing capacity for IT projects; 4-7 years of experience overall
Project Management certification a plus
