Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Needed

Overview
We need a talented Rails developer with a passion for working in a dynamic start-up environment. You can be located anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

We need to make significant changes to our web app for a pivot in strategy.
Responsibilities
Significant changes need to be made to our web app for a pivot in strategy, or a start from scratch if absolutely necessary;
Suggest and implement solutions to technical challenges.
Mostly back-end Ruby on Rails work, but some front-end as well.
Experience
3 years experience building complex web applications in RoR;
3 years experience developing dynamic database-driven web apps from scratch;
You have a portfolio of work you can show us;
Expertise in Rails 3 & 4, Ruby 2.0, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML;
Expert in Rails backend development and intermediate front end development;
Must be an expert with PostgreSQL architecture with very clean and efficient db queries;
You have a good grasp of web app fundamentals, as well as web app scalability and security;
Skilled using GIT & GitHub, including branching and tagging;
Experience with Test Driven Development best practices;
Independent, hard worker, motivated, and a fast learner with a can-do attitude;
Serious attention to detail
