Overview
We are an early stage VC-backed startup with paying customers (some really big ones too) who love our product. We are in the Enterprise 2.0 space applying game theory to business intelligence to help companies make better decisions by leveraging the collective intelligence of their employees. We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer to help take our product to the next level. If you are a systems thinker, great communicator, love to solve real world business problems, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we are looking for you. This is a hands-on coding position with RoR, Javascript, SQL, JQuery, semantic markup, and TDD. We are still in the early stages where you can make a big difference.

Experience
3+ years experience with Ruby on Rails, Javascript, SQL
3+ years experience developing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
Experience with agile, iterative, and test-driven development methods
Experience with performance and scalability
Experience with JQuery, CSS3, semantic markup (sass and haml) is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
Education
