Are you an exceptional individual that can take our Paid Search Marketing to the next level, by applying leading SEM theory to the core of our business? This is a high profile position with potential for significant personal development.
You should be confident of owning strategic account performance and hungry to improve all operational SEM components. Multi-language keyword analysis, actionable insights for consumption around the business, efficient testing processes, attribution logic, on site analytics, mobile tracking, geo targeting, and bidding algorithm valuation are some of the areas for development.

Thought leader within SEM team and positively influence colleagues
Strong voice to direction of SEM within GetYourGuide
Deliver processes that add clarity and definition to SEM team, and that scale
Provide real customer insight that demands improved targeting
High volume e-commerce marketing experience highly desirable
Ability to both think strategically and act tactically in a hands on role
Superior analytical ability to focus on key opportunities are a must
Comfortably define difference between head and tail, and understand the reason for doing so
Hands on data crunching should be second nature, likely pulling data using SQL
Genuine ability to push SEM theory to the limit to maximise business value
Project management ability to define processes and communicate with various internal stakeholders
Fluency in a second language is preferred. Mother tongue German a plus
