Senior Sales Executive - Healthcare IT Services/Solutions

Zigron Healthcare possesses a deep expertise in Healthcare IT Software Solutions, Healthcare Compliance, Standards & Security in addition to Healthcare Data Analytics and has been building solutions in Electronic Health Records, Healthcare Insurance/Information Exchange, Healthcare Fraud Analytics etc. Zigron also possesses in-depth Rich User Experience and Advanced Data Visualization expertise.

This job is specifically targeted at experienced sales professionals specially with Healthcare IT services and solutions background.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to sell. Your time management, communication skills, and a burning desire to succeed are essential.
Responsibilities
Minimum yearly quota: $1M+
Generate leads through in place contacts/rolodex, prospecting, networking.
Follow up on web leads, partner leads, and trade show leads
Call on key prospective customers to explain features, benefits, and value of our software solutions
Build and maintain a pipeline that will exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas
Manage the entire sales process for accounts nationwide and globally
Demonstrate key elements of software solution to prospective customers through online web demonstrations
Work closely with engineers to demonstrate and scale our solution to meet individual client needs
Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through the successful implementation of our solution
Ensure the client is successfully transitioned to the account management team
Experience
5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT services/solutions/products sales
Skills
Very strong communication skills (oral & written)
Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential
Interest in technology and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms
Some B2B lead generation and technical sales experience
Knowledge of the high-tech sales cycles
Demonstrated ability in a strategic sales role
Proven track record of expanding revenues within existing accounts and establishing new accounts
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales with extended sales cycles
Career interests in technology sales/marketing
Basic proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or related field
Compensation
Base + commission + bonus (An opportunity to make 150k - 200k+ per year)
