Full-time, on-site (American Tobacco Historic District, Durham, NC).
You will be joining a small and growing team and as such will have the opportunity to (be expected to) participate in a variety of roles.
serve as a client relationship contact for consulting or application development engagements related to the Salesforce CRM / Force.com application development platform
interface between the client and our developers/administrators.
meet with C-level executives, managers and individual contributors at our client organizations in order to collect, develop, and document business requirements
translate business requirements to technical requirements for interacting with the rest of our team (architects, developers, administrators)
develop process design and application design documents including flow charts, user interface wire-frames, etc.
perform and/or supervise configuration components of client implementation or application development projects
work alongside and coordinate efforts of developers
conduct basic training for new users or advanced training in specific feature areas (workflow, territory management, customizable forecasting, etc.)
develop training materials, knowledge base content, etc.
Technical requirements: salesforce.com administration skills and deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform capabilities; knowledge of various AppExchange applications (email marketing, form merge, etc.); interest in and familiarity with business technology tools, particularly cloud-based solutions; strong technical skills, including Excel and/or other database oriented applications
Technical plusses: experience with data migration; creating screencast videos / demos
Experience requirements: strong customer-facing interface capability; experience collecting and defining business requirements for application and process development
Experience plusses: experience training groups on technical subjects; data/object modeling for technical solutions; data mapping for ETL or data migration exercises
