Overview
RECSOLU is the leading recruiting software and services company based in downtown Chicago, Illinois. Our clients include more than 100 top employers and government organizations who utilize our services to manage various aspects of university recruiting, and they represent more than 20,000 college hires annually.

As a result of our global success, our workforce has increased by 1000% and continuing to expand rapidly. At RECSOLU, most of our employees have traded a large and constrained corporate environment for our Results Only Work Environment, where outstanding results are achieved through a casual, collaborative and open work space. Additionally, we offer many unique perks including special events and celebrations, sports teams and athletic challenges, season tickets to professional sports, free meals, a fountain soda machine, and more.

Our enterprise web applications are primarily written in Ruby or PHP, but we are flexible as long as you’re comfortable learning or working in a different language. We've built innovative tools and infrastructure atop Heroku, AWS and Rackspace using a number of technologies including Java, Objective-C, Python, Play and more.

We already have whiteboards, LCD screens, and Apple TV, but if you think a 15” MBP with an SSD and a 27” Thunderbolt display is the solution to produce your best work, let us know. We’re open to suggestions and focused on ensuring you have an unmatched work environment to achieve success.

View our website to learn more about our organization and to access our online application at www.recsolu.com. You can also arrange to visit our office. We host weekly open houses and interviews each Thursday from 4-7 PM. For more information, contact us at info@recsolu.com.
