Senior Software Engineer (Front End)

Overview
Senior Software Engineer wanted for developing a cutting edge live video social media application. Be a part of a small, highly professional startup team and be a driving force for continuous excellence through innovation. Our company is based in NYC and we will relocate the right employee from anywhere in the US.

We are looking for an exceptional individual, capable of taking advantage of an empowering environment to lead our front end flash development!
Responsibilities
Design, implementation, maintenance, and extension of game features that are heavily UI-based.
Collaborate with artists and designers on the interface design.
Responsible for maintaining all Flash AS3 software repositories.
Participate in team Agile weekly meetings.
Experience
At least 5+ Years building advanced applications in Flash in a fast paced environment.
At least 3+ Years working in ActionScript 3 (via FlashBuilder) and Flash Professional (swc libraries)
Experience building games in Flash is a plus
Experience with live video streaming, video codec, protocols, and wire formats in flash is a plus
Experience with Client/Server development is a must
Experience with web services (XML, JSON)
Skills
Strong Skills with AS3
Strong object oriented development skills
Demonstrated Skills in C/C++
Passion for learning new technologies and the ability to do so quickly.
Self-motivated
Strong communication skills.
