Overview
A growing Boston-based group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop an expert network site using Solr, Java, and Spring. Great opportunity to grow professionally while working with the world’s leading experts with diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Work with a team of 5 to develop a social media site connecting over 300,000 research and science experts to each other
Search algorithms and multi-threading with Solr, Java, and Spring
Communicate project details and architecture to the UI team
20% Design, 70% Development, 10% Maintenance
100% Back-End
Experience
7 years of overall software engineering experience
