developer friendly experience and assisting developers with custom integration projects.
Our client is seeking a senior software (SDK) integration engineer to help lead service transition and
support our growing enterprise customer. The right candidate will have an excellent track record
of building and supporting iOS and Android mobile apps. The candidate will also be able to
troubleshoot application support issues reported to us by our developer customers and be able
to help our developer community integrate our SDKs into their codebase.

Respond to incoming integration support requests from our Enterprise and Premium customers.
Collaborate with external client developers on SDK integration projects including architecting custom solutions or promoting best practices when integrating our SDKs.
Collaborate with internal development team on how to create developer friendly SDKs and APIs.
Contribute to core SDK development initiatives where possible.
Responsible for sourcing, publishing and maintaining all relevant documentation including implementation/integration instructions, FAQs, change logs, release notes, java docs, etc, for all platforms under management by Our Client.
Refine operations protocols and procedures for incident/problem management and other
aspects of ITIL v3
Provide QA/UAT for customer’s applications to ensure proper functioning of Our Client services
. Be available for off hours support escalation
. Research and suggest improvements to our existing and future environments
3-5 years experience in a development service organization ideally within a SaaS or
3-5 years experience in native application development (iOS and Android experience
preferred; but willingness to learn new platforms is required).
Experience with Titanium, PhoneGap/Cordova, SMS, Windows Phone 8, BlackBerry a plus but not required.
Experience with integration projects requiring software from multiple vendors.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with experience interacting with internal/external developers.
Familiarity with ITIL v3 or similar support operations protocols.
