Overview
Attributor is an early stage start-up, creating a DNA map of the Internet.
We are solving hard problems at Internet scale. We fill the significant technology gap for any Publishers placing their content online: how and where their content is being copied across the Internet. Customer demand is strong. We are currently focused on selling to top tier publishers and have signed up two of the largest content producers in the world -- Associated Press and Reuters - with several others lining up behind them.
We expect explosive growth when we open up to all segments, including small businesses, SEO firms, bloggers etc. We are rolling out image and video content monitoring services filling the technology gap for additional media types. We're seeking smart professionals who want to be there at the beginning of something big
Responsibilities
The Systems Engineering team is responsible for developing a highly specialized web-scale search infrastructure, including crawling, content processing, indexing, and query serving. This is 100% backend work, so we are looking for distributed systems experts and smart algorithm developers who know how to design and build scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software-development for distributed systems, experience with large clusters of heterogeneous systems, and a solid history of designing, developing, debugging, and supporting large scale software applications.
