Senior Tech Lead

at Stealth NYC Internet Start Up in NYC   —   Jun 27, 2014   |
We are a small startup that has recently received a significant round of angel funding to grow our team. Previous to this angel round, the product was founder-financed and built by an offshore team project managed by the founders. We are looking to bring in a tech lead to help us accelerate growth. We want to continue leveraging the offshore team to control costs, but want to start bringing more of the technical knowledge and decisions in house.

The role will represent the technical team within the management group including the CEO, COO and VP of Product. He/She will work daily and in close collaboration with the VP of Product. There will also be daily collaboration with our outsource team and frequent interaction with the CEO and COO. The role will report to the VP of Product.

We are looking for the right fit. While the product is evolving under the current development team, we do believe strategically in the need for in house technical talent to grow our product long term. We will be patient to find a suitable candidate and will not move forward with someone who doesn’t clearly fulfill the requirements below.

We are a dynamic New York-based internet start up. We connect individuals and businesses looking to donate goods to local nonprofits in need. We meet a need in the marketplace and serve the nonprofit community.

Our team is committed to making great things while also doing good in this world.
