The Senior UI Architect/Developer’s primary role will be to architect and build the presentation layer of an enterprise management and point-of-sale solution, and to serve as the technical lead for a growing team of UI Developers.
Establish UI architecture for enterprise system
Define standards, compiling tools, asset organization, scripting languages, and processes
Work with Product Designers to create prototyping environment
Work with Product Designers to experiment with functionality and research and test concepts before fully incorporating them into final designs
Act as technical lead for growing UI development team
Work with designers and middle-tier developers to help define APIs and establish API/data/scripting standards that can be easily documented and understood by third-party developers

A strong proponent of clean, valid, maintainable, and semantically correct HTML/CSS, including HTML5/CSS3
In-depth knowledge of the capabilities of IE8-IE10, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
Solid knowledge of DOM manipulation
Experience with CSS compiler tools, frameworks, and debugging tools
Working knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, data object and page optimization practices, etc.
Experience with software revision control systems such as Subversion
Basic Adobe CS skills
Solid communication skills
5 years as a UI developer preferred
2 years as a senior/lead UI developer or UI architect preferred
Enterprise experience preferred
Online portfolio or live example of work preferred
Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
Experience in .NET environment and Visual Studio desired
Excellent Ping Pong skills -- not required, but we love a challenge
