Overview
Develops web applications solutions by guiding development of program specifications; overseeing testing efforts; leading programmers.
Responsibilities
Serve as front-end engineer for standards-based web application UI.
Be the team expert in client-side implementation languages with heavy emphasis on Javascript and ExtJS.
Generate UI designs and mockups.
Translate designs into easy-to-use and testable product implementations.
Actively participate in product feature and design discussions to help shape products.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Accomplishes programing project requirements by coaching programmers.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Is an excellent troubleshooter and problem-solver.
Exhibits strong communication skills and resourcefulness
Functions as a team player.
Possesses excellent time-management skills.
Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning, Software Architecture, Coaching

Experience
Preferred candidates will have experience working in small organizations or start-ups Experience with JAVA and REST technologies and 3+ years ExtJS as a team lead or in a senior role very desirable. BS or CS in related field preferred.
Skills
Expert level of proficiency building AJAX UIs for Web applications using the following technologies:
ExtJs
jquery, ExtGWT or GWT experience a plus
REST/JaxRS
GIT
Education
BS or CS in related field preferred.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $80,000 to $120,000
