Responsibilities
Develop pixel perfect Photoshop comps
Create and advance site-wide style guides
Construction and maintenance of a visual language throughout the site
Skills
Ability to lead and grow out the design team
Experience designing web applications
Strong drawing skills and an ability to visualize a range of design solutions quickly
Deep knowledge of typography
Exceptional design talent and craftsmanship
Able to work in a fast pace startup environment
Fast in Photoshop and Illustrator
