Responsibilities
Design, implementation, and maintenance of pragmatic high quality software to support new business opportunities
Participate in all phase of software development cycle
Work with network operation team to design and build a maintainable technology infrastructure including build & testing environment
Experience
6-8 years of experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and excel in a rapid product development cycle
Demonstrated commitment to quality work
Experience with object oriented software design
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in both front-end and back-end development
Good experiences in Java, J2EE Technologies related web-based software development (JSP, Servlet, JDBC etc)
Proficiency developing database applications development with MySQL or related RDBMS systems
Good understanding of web related technologies including HTML, Javascript, AJAX, Cookie, CSS
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Quick learner, ability to learn new technologies and deliver on fast-pace schedule
Ability to work in a cooperative and team environment, as well as, the ability to work independently
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of scalability and reliability issues related to software development
Command of scripting language like PHP, Perl
Experience with data mining and statistical data analysis
Experience with open source framework like Spring and Struts
Familiarity with various design pattern
Experience in Linux environment
Education
MS or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
