Overview
Elenis.com seeks an experienced backend developer to consult on our ecommerce website. Our ideal candidate will have a wide range of application development skills, with professional experience building consumer-facing web applications, solid understanding of Python and Django, and demonstrated abilities to work in a multi-faceted team environment. The developer does not have to work onsite but must be available for occasional meetings. Compensation tbd.

Manage the backend needs for the evolving website
Provide technical support for website
Skills
Expert in Python, Django
Knowledgeable in Satchmo (ecommerce cart built with Python/Django)
Solid experience with front end development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) a must
Familiar with Ubuntu Linux server environment
Flexible and agile—gets things done
A quick-on-the-uptake problem solver and communicative
Enjoys coming up with new feature ideas
