Seeking a Senior iOS Developer who can take the reins of our existing system and play a key role in delivering new transformative educational games. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Senior iOS Developer will help to provide technical and design guidance to our team of world class game vendors.
Responsibilities of the Senior iOS Developer:
As part of a cross-functional software team, you'll be commissioned with delivering libraries that simplify vendor integration with Amplify services
Work with various external games vendors to share technical expertise as well as communicate Amplify requirements
Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-quality software for our wireless tablet technology platform and full suite of products
Contribute to continuous improvement of software development best practices in the areas of coding tools, languages and APIs, as well as software design and development processes
Basic Requirements of the Senior iOS Developer:
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
7+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years of iOS development experience
Proficient fundamentals (OO, algorithms, data structures, graphical)
Preferred Requirements of Senior iOS Developer:
2+ years of games development experience
Proven experience with games with the Unity3D development platform
Proven experience with Objective-C
Experience with large code base and working with external vendors
Proven ownership and delivery of a sizable product or product component, strong sense of independence and self-direction is essential
Experience with maximization of system resources to allow applications to run on phones and tablets
