theAudience is on the hunt for a Social Strategist to work with some highly credible global brands and deliver a brand new approach to social.
We started life as a social entertainment company, and manage a network of high profile entertainment clients including over 300 music artists, Film/TV stars, festivals, sports personalities and film houses amongst others, with a reach of over 800m a month.
Now we use the insight we have gleaned from being the biggest publisher on most of the big social networks to help brands reinvent their approach to architecture, content and influencers, and act more like publishers and less like marketers. We also cleverly integrate our brand clients into our network by designing and delivering individual and authentic influencer partnerships that help raise profiles of all involved. We’re looking for an experienced, innovative and well-tuned strategic mind to push our work to the next level, developing entirely new approaches for the brands we work with (and join us on a few celeb fuelled jollies along the way).
Interrogating brand clients’ objectives and defining how a new approach to social will shift the needle on hard and soft metrics.
Understanding audience behaviours and motivations as consumers and in the social space (using behavioural data from our network to inform brand new strategy).
Designing innovative approaches to content, architecture and influence.
Defining clear and authentic partnerships between brands and influencers in our network that fit in terms of demographics and psychographics.
Grounding everything in analytics to define how well our new strategies are working.
Communicating your approach in clear and compelling ways, taking colleagues and clients with you as you redefine social.
2 years+ hands-on experience social media editorial strategy and execution across multiple entertainment and brand properties
Expert at hands-on management of full lifecycle social media network and campaign development and management
Proven mastery of theAudience’s unique formula of social media best practices and strategy
Expert at social paid media use, best practices, strategy, implementation, and analysis
Well spoken, articulate, and client-facing
Must be able to travel on short notice
Execute project deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate a passion for theAudience business model and its unique formula of social media best practices
Provide ongoing recommendations for process and deliverable innovation or improvement
