Social Media and Community Manager at TOOVIA

As TOOVIA's Social Media and Community Manager, you are a social media guru with endless creative ideas and amazing analytical skills. You will be responsible for the development of the company’s social media strategy as well as day to day content across all channels, including Email. You will have the strategic responsibility to create awareness and engagement with our brand through social media engagement. You already have a strong awareness of email, social media tactics and strategies, knowledge and understanding of social media platforms. Toovia is a site that helps travelers discover, plan, and book high quality travel experiences and activities. Join us in translating dream vacations into reality!
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow TOOVIA's overall social media presence, regularly updating all social networking sites, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and the blog.
Listen to, monitor all and respond to chatter across social media outlets: pages, sites, blog, etc. on a daily basis.
Be creative and develop social media programs and campaigns that support TOOVIA's overall goals
Understanding of how to extract data from the social media platforms, analyze it, and apply it to future tactics.
Report back to teams on relevant feedback and chatter regarding TOOVIA on all Social Media channels.
Keep a close eye on trends in social media tools, culture, and applications; apply/share related findings/insights
Ensure the branding/voice of all our email and social media channels represent a consistent voice for TOOVIA.
Experience
4+ years experience in communications, PR, or marketing
Experience managing a Social Media presence on behalf of a brand
Experience with Email Marketing
Excellent written communication skills and experience writing in the Social Media space
Results oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Must be extremely detail oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
