NutraVantix, a startup focused on consumer facing natural neutraceuticals is seeking a master of social media and internet marketing. We are preparing to bring to market two products that will change lives, and we are looking to hire a director of marketing to help make sure our products are well represented and known! We want someone who is as quick a learner as they are a teacher. It would also help if you have a kickass and take names attitude. We want to dirty up the competition! Our products will be made available DTC online going forward, with a slow roll out into retail. But our focus is to grow the brand organically online with a focus on in-bound and reverse marketing. In short, if you think radio and magazine buys are relevant your not the candidate for us.
To apply, get together some semblance of a cover letter (We know, they're painful to write) but more importantly fill us in on three cool tools you think are must haves going forward (We already know about hubspot, hootsuite, compete.com, google anayltics, adwords, etc etc. Teach us something new!), and one marketing campaign that really has stood out in your mind. Then, if you wouldn't mind, attach a resume!
Manage Social Media for our products and corporate accounts.
Aid in hiring, and then oversee our marketing interns.
Manage and assign blogging duties amongst the team.
Monitor analytics for web traffic, and help find ways to optimize our performance.
Willingness to learn FDA and FTC regulations for dietary supplements (Don;t worry, we will provide the materials).
Oversee our team of funny guys (AKA Copywriters) and make sure they are within legal bounds.
You better love to network.
Be a self starter who teaches the team something new every day that helps grow our brands.
Experience in internet marketing with a focus on e-commerce and DTC would be nice.. But if you have a great attitude, and know marketing and new media front and back its what really matters to us!
We would like past work experience, but its not necessary. Though salary will be commensurate with your experience.
Past experience with FDA and FTC regulations are good, but not at all necessary.
Experience with PPC would be awesome.
Whutchu' know bout SEO?
Experience with Youtube marketing and channel management a major plus.
Ability to do some graphic design is always nice to help keep tasks in house.
A college degree would be preferable.
Compensation will depend on your level of experience.
