Isis, a mobile and contactless commerce start-up, is striving to revolutionize how consumers shop and pay with mobile devices. Isis is seeking a Social and Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through paid (Facebook, display, etc.) and unpaid (Social, Push-Messaging, etc) digital marketing channels. The Social and Digital Marketing Manager position requires a results-oriented individual driven by data. Not only will this individual be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage consumers but will have to demonstrate results based on that data.
Lead strategy and execution for marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (social, display, push-messaging, etc…)
Build out Isis’ advertising and mobile measurement capabilities
Perform ongoing and post-campaign analysis; leverage that analysis to form new campaigns and strategies
Work collaboratively with Merchant, Issuer, Social, and Mobile Carrier teams to execute joint-marketing campaigns featuring Isis’ partners
Research and evaluate new vendors/partners for digital campaigns and marketing analytics using relevant data to support recommendations
2-6 years of experience in mobile, social, and/or digital marketing. Prior experience marketing an app or other mobile experience
Working knowledge and experience with Facebook, Twitter and other social media advertising tools
Working knowledge and experience with mobile/web analytics tools (Mixpanel, Localytics, etc.)
Proven experience developing and executing cross-functional projects, especially marketing programs
Passionate self-starter who is driven to exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
Excellent Excel and communication skills
Drive to master technical and business aspects of app and mobile marketing
Ability to thrive on ambiguous environment where data may not always be available
BS/BA from a top school in science, engineering, business or other analytical field
