Software Configuration Management Engineer

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Configuration Management Engineer to join an Agile/Scrum development organization to own our integration, testing and release process for Lancope's appliance based network security solutions. This role is also responsible for maintaining the source control system and developing scripts that will improve the development of the build process.
Responsibilities
Provide software configuration management and support for our development and production software releases.
Maintains and improves the automated build system and coordinate releases with respective members of the information technology team.
Plans and manages the development of product builds and build releases into the existing infrastructure.
Designs and implements efficient procedures for the distribution and installation of new software to the technical infrastructure.
Work with developers to maintain and enhance the installation packages used to deploy existing and future applications.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years experience with Software Configuration Management and Build/Release functions including automatic builds, source control, and release control in both web-based and client server environment.
Knowledge and expertise in automation tools and scripting languages including Perl and bash.
Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment.
