Our clients are looking for software developers of all levels of experience to join their growing development teams.

Resoomay is a service that helps technical candidates find jobs with top New York companies. Developers create profiles at www.resoomay.com; we then select a handful of candidates to present to employers during our hiring sessions. Hiring session last 4 days and are focused around 3-4 skill sets.

During that time, employers review your profile and make you nonbinding offers. Offers consist of position responsibilities title, and anticipated compensation as well as office feel and corporate culture. YOU then select from the many offers you receive and choose which companies you’d like to interview with. Participating employers include many of the biggest names in the NY tech scene and more companies are joining each day.

If an employer hires you through Resoomay, we will send you a bonus check worth 2% of your base salary. If you’re not looking, but know someone who is and refer them to Resoomay, we’ll pay you a referral bonus when we place them.
