Overview
We are looking to hire a software engineer who has demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, participated in large-scale projects, and most importantly somebody who has a passion to build cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities
Lead the development effort of significant portions of the back-end
Development in a major programming language – Java and PHP
Fast-paced, hard working environment with weekly deadlines (SCRUM methodology)
Passion for high quality design and code
Experience
Good understanding of computer science fundamentals
Demonstrated experience in full life-cycle of software projects
Demonstrated experience in designing and building highly scalable software
Skills
Advanced knowledge and experience in Java
Experience with scripting languages (PHP preferred)
Experience with databases (MySQL preferred)
Education
Majored in Computer Science or Computer Engineering for undergraudate or graduate studies.
Compensation
Compensation is based on a competitive market-rate salary with stock options.
