Responsibilities

Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication and organization
A passion for your work and for building great teams
A desire to wear many hats and tackle a wide range of problems
Experience
You have 3+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of OO practices
Server-side Java experience. We use Open Source Java technologies such as JBoss Seam, Hibernate, and Drools.
Experience with dynamic web UIs: Javascript, Richfaces, Ajax4JSF etc
Experience working on a complex web service
Experience implementing algorithms is a plus
Experience in database design and SQL; PostgreSQL a plus
Development experience in a Unix/Linux environment
Knowledge of session management, object relational mapping, XML web services, and agile development methodologies is a huge plus
Ability to work in a fast development environment with an iterative process (We work through ideas quickly)
