Overview
The candidate will work on computer programming projects for a company building an image intelligence platform. Programming environment is both mobile and cloud based. You will have the opportunity to work in a cross-functional team, interacting with a variety of partners and customers.
Responsibilities
Our company is building a next-generation image intelligence platform based on mobile devices connected to the cloud. The computer software engineer will be involved in several projects across this platform, working on code to improve the system environment.
Experience
Knowledge of MySQL optimization and good schema design
An understanding of REST and JSON protocols
Web application work experience
4-year degree from a top-notch Computer Science or comparable program
Skills
C, C++, Python, mobile/cloud platforms
Strong programming and debugging skills
Specific knowledge in the following areas is a plus: Image and video processing, iPhone/Android development experience, Cloud development (ex. Amazon web service) experience, iPhone and Android development platforms
Education
BS/MS in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
Compensation
