We are seeking team members who have experienced the dreaded job search process and who have always wanted to reinvent it! Do you want to join us in transforming the recruiting experience for both candidates and employers globally? We already have a head start, with enterprise web applications, internal APIs, native iOS applications and 2 patents pending, as well as 120 major clients who agree that change is needed. We're looking for additional leaders to support our growth strategy and innovation pipeline.
Lead a team of 3-5 engineers: We’ll make sure you have an awesome team of engineers to work with as you architect customer-facing software, implement new functionality and/or develop internal tools / API refinements / mobile applications. But this means you’ll need to provide leadership by helping your team members make the best decisions, reviewing code and generally making RECSOLU an even better place for the top engineering talent in Chicago.
Leverage your skills in developing award-winning solutions: You can expect to spend 85% of your time in code and 15% of your time leading and directing teams who seek your expertise and mentoring.
Present innovative solutions: Working together with other small teams, you’ll be tackling problems and identifying innovative solutions that will help us grow and deliver the best customer and industry products through improved performance, reliability and analytics-driven decision-making.
Design and build new solutions: You’ll work collaboratively with QA / operations engineers, product designers and RECSOLU leadership to ensure we are designing, building and delivering the best products possible.
Participate in building our brand for excellence: We strongly believe in playing a significant role in the Chicago technology and start-up community. You’ll have an opportunity to connect and learn from others through speaking, mentorship and tech talks presented by technology leaders.
