Responsibilities
Be the users voice and drive design and interaction of key customer facing products.
Design the creatives/visual design for the experiences
Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to design the next generation of Topsy products
Build efficient and reusable design components and creatives
Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
Identify and communicate best practices for user experience design
Experience
3-5 years of experience designing user experiences for web based products
Passion for elegant and intuitive user interfaces
Experience with designing visual creatives for web based products
Experience working with HTML/CSS/JS in high-performance environments
Extremely detail oriented. Strives for pixel perfect implementation in all browsers
Skills
Experience building complicated workflows
Relevant experience includes self-started personal projects
Experience with scripting languages (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)
Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code for UI components
