Responsibilities
Web Site Development Role:
You will design, develop and maintain applications on Payscale.com's consumer facing website
You will work in a small agile team to develop, schedule and release your work
You will leverage our large scale compensation model and deep data analytics to help people understand and maximize their value in the workplace
Experience
Required:
Professional roles in past with a consumer-facing Internet company
Intuitive sense of what works for users and ability to implement that across browsers and a variety of devices
Expertise in XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Web services, and Javascript libraries
Strength in coding and debugging object oriented languages like C#/Java
Development experience with Web Application Servers, e.g. ASP.NET/JSP/Ruby on Rails
Skill developing with SQL and Relational Databases
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
