Responsibilities
Build scalable server-side code for highly interactive social website/service.
Skills
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
Solid foundation in computer science: algorithms, data structures, complexity.
Significant experience in Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with web frameworks. E.g., Flask, tornado, pylons, spring, django, etc. The specific framework is not important.
Bonus: Experience with Hadoop (MapReduce, Zookeeper, etc) or similar technologies .
Bonus: Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval.
