We are seeking a hands-on B2B marketer and thought leader who has a successful track record of getting the online world to beat a path to a website, create demand and generate requests for information and follow-up by sales. Your role will be to develop marketing and PR strategy, goals and processes as well as handle all execution (at least initially) by yourself. The ability to “do more with less” and “just get it done” is essential for success in a start-up operating on a small budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience in these disciplines at another software or SaaS company as well as marketing to finance executives. Develop an overall marketing and public relations strategy that is innovative, compelling and productive.
Create and execute outbound lead generation programs including email, webinars and social channels.
Manage all planning, development, and logistical work associated with company publicity and advertising.
Produce product collateral and web content that reflects the company’s positioning and key messaging.
Conduct analysis on all campaigns to identify program ROI & assess campaign effectiveness to continually improve programs.
Experience marketing to finance executives.
Solid graphical design sense and creative flair.

Results driven & metrics focused.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through.
Ability to work independently with moderate direction in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of email best practices and compliance.
Experience with at least one of the leading online lead generation and marketing automation systems.
Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications including salesforce.com CRM.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience with full marketing campaign life-cycle management including managing online and direct marketing programs from concept to ROI analysis.
Track record of online B2B demand creation success and thought leadership.
Experience marketing SaaS or software solutions, ideally to mid to large sized enterprises.
Hands-on ability to personally design, develop and produce email marketing campaigns, marketing collateral and online content not just managing outside contractors.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
