Bonitasoft, leader in Open Source Business Process Management software, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive solutions selling in the US territory from new customers’ acquisition to upsell in existing customers.
Qualify a large number of generate leads following the sales process in place in the organization
Detect and develop opportunities from prospection to contracts closing
Identify sales opportunity for training, services and subscriptions (annual licenses and support fees)
Conduct software demonstrations through web presentations or meetings
Follow up and drive the opportunities throughout the sales cycle to reach the purchase decision of prospects
Develop sales by upselling and cross-selling in accounts
Provide reports on your activities and achievements in the CRM tool and to your manager
Achieve and overachieve on your sales target defined by the Sales Direction
Minimum 5 years of software sales with proven track record in complex solution selling
SaaS sales experience is a plus
Demonstrated achievement and overachievement of quota
Strong team spirit to collaborate with technical and sales team
Highly organized and rigorous to follow the sales process in place in the organization and to manage several projects in the same period.
Strong tenacity and motivation to convince the various customers.
Creativity is required to build the best solutions regarding clients’ needs.
