The Solutions Architect’s position will be responsible for managing (including asset gathering and scope control) and implementing quality signage systems for our clients, and for the functionality and the overall appearance of the sign(s) as well as delivering training to the end users on our software management system(s) and tools. This role reports to the Director of Professional Services and will be interacting directly with customers (sometimes C-level executives), FWi executives and leaders of other departments.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously (various ranges of complexity) per FWi predefined processes
Gather any requirements from clients for the functionality and look and feel of the signage network (on custom projects)
Liason with FWi Creative Department, FWi Sign Development Team, FWi Project Team and the client team. Ensure team(s) are tracking to timelines, scope & quality for all deliverables pertaining to the signage build and delivery
Utilize FWi software products to develop signage solutions based on client specifications
Configuration of FWi standard applications
Set up external data integrations
Develop end-user documentation (on custom projects)
Deliver onsite and remote training sessions
Maintain timely project documentation per FWi processes
Travel up to 75% throughout the US and occasional trips abroad (passport required)

Experience working with software applications
Experience delivering customer training
Working knowledge of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, basic routing, etc.)
Working knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL
Strong knowledge of XML and XSL stylesheets
Experience with graphic editing software applications (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience writing SQL queries

Bachelor’s degree preferred
