Responsibilities
RECSOLU is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Sales, Marketing, and Product Team. The role will work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer in order to develop inventive client acquisition, implementation, and sales strategies. The Sales Consultant will actively participate in establishing and executing sales plans designed to achieve the company’s financial goals. To this end, the Sales Consultant must possess excellent negotiating skills and outstanding analytic aptitude, which will allow her/him to develop new, as well as retain established, business relationships.
What you'll be doing:
Prospect for new accounts and cultivate additional sales opportunities
Increase revenue in existing and competitive accounts
Help establish project budgets and generate proposals
Contribute in the analysis of complex business problems
Conduct presentations and software demos
Network with University Relation’s teams employing top-notch interpersonal and technical skills
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing training, reviewing industry publications, expanding professional networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional associations and conferences
Skills
What you’ll bring to us:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or similar field
Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience (college recruitment and/or software sales preferred)
Proven sales track record, including experience successfully negotiating complex contracts
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be an outstanding communicator, capable of producing persuasive sales presentations and able to easily adapt influence style to varying situations and audiences
Team player able to collaborate effectively with the sales, service, and management staff
Tech savvy
Ability to travel as 25-35%
