We’re looking for a Solutions Manager to prospect and sell the Docalytics platform to new B2B customers. The Solutions Manager will directly close deals with SMB and Enterprise customers, as well as lead ongoing account management for select strategic accounts. As an early team member, this person will play a pivotal role in developing the sales organization and overall sales strategy.
This role requires a results driven leader that can creatively think about how to best position and sell our technology. This role will maintain the client relationships post sale and work in collaboration with the customer to build their business and grow the Docalytics revenue stream.

Identify and recruit new customers as defined by existing customer personas
Monitor customers’ performance to objectives and provide guidance/coaching as necessary
Provide accurate weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast using company CRM
Become an expert user of the Docalytics platform to both secure new leads and educate customer base on best practices. (If you don’t use our product effectively, why should they?)
Maintain knowledge in product, marketplace, and current business issues, and disseminate appropriate knowledge to customers.
Create awareness for Docalytics solutions amongst assigned team of customers and assist in positioning Docalytics as a need to have solution.
Assess needs of existing customers and conduct product and sales training as needed.
On-board and enable top customers to ensure their long term success in utilizing the Docalytics platform
Communicate to ensure top customers remain up to date on all necessary training and product advancements
Cultivate strong consultative relationships with key individuals at top customers and act as single point of contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding bookings quotas
Knowledge of marketing/sales technology ecosystem a plus
Capacity to flourish in evolving work environment & proactively offer new ideas to drive overall sales strategy
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Ability to travel up to 25% is required
College or University degree required
Mix of base salary, equity, and results-based commission.
