As an active member of the Xtium sales team, the Senior Account Executive will help to build pipeline and drive revenues, and the successful candidate will have tremendous opportunity for career growth. Forge strategic partnerships with key top tier clients
Evangelize Xtium’s services and value proposition
Work with inside sales team to build a substantial pipeline
Display a high level of self-motivation and ability to succeed individually and within a team
Cultivate, evaluate, negotiate and close business agreements and opportunities
Provide accurate and detailed proposal developments, sales forecasts and analyses
Deliver comprehensive private cloud computing, virtual hosting and disaster recovery solutions to accounts within assigned territory
Travel is required
5-10 years of successful field sales experience in the software industry
A passion for and/or interest in innovative technology
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals
Strong prospecting, organizational and follow-up skills
Experience using CRM software (Salesforce) and VMware a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Confident presentation skills in a group setting
Bachelors degree required
