Overview
As the Business Development, Loans and Investments Manager at Mint.com you will be responsible for developing revenue and partnerships for Mint’s Loans (student, home, & auto loans) and Investments (retirement & brokerage) ways to save offers for consumers. You will be reporting directly to the Vice President, Revenue & Business Development with whom you will work to define the strategic direction of Mint’s Loan and Investment offers and foster revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact to partners and financial institutions regarding all matters relating to loan offers (new products/services, rate changes, compliance etc.)
Ensure that Mint has the most accurate, consistent, high quality, and comprehensive collection of comparative financial loan and investment offers on the Web
Actively develop and measure quantitative metrics, offer click through, conversion rates and revenue optimization
Lead research and collection of relevant sources of loan and investment offers around the Web
Work closely with Mint product management to evaluate new sources of loan and investment offers, optimization of existing loan and investment offers and provide guidance on integration
Strategic planning, revenue forecasting and market development analysis for new loan and investment offers
Work closely with Customer Service to resolve customer inquiries related to loan and investment offers accuracy
Experience
3+ years of business development, product management and/or research analyst experience in the consumer Internet/financial services market
Experience in student loans, home loans, and/or investments
Experience in web based affiliate marketing, lead generation, and ad networks
Strong interest in personal finance, and ways for consumers to build savings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent quantitative skills

Education
* BA/BS required, MBA desirable
