Responsibilities
Lead the development of a new data-driven enterprise product.
Experience
Intimate understanding and experience of Flex SDK and ActionScript, especially charting components, dashboards and data-driven applications.
Extremely comfortable creating custom components and extending current flex components and ability to heavily modify or create data-visualization components (for example realtime chart updates).
Experience or ability to create geo-enabled Flex application (integration of flex components and Google maps for example).
Experience in UI development, skinning, and customizations and extensive knowledge of UI design methodology and processes.
Experience creating user-friendly designs for complex business requirements. Strong visual design skills and experience.
Experience leading teams and intimate familiarity with product lifecycle and software engineering best practices and processes.
Must be able to demonstrate, understand and be proficient in managing all phases of web product design and development.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

100% profit sharing or 50-50 basis. Negotiable. Either way, the aim is no less than $200K
