Working closely with the VP of Marketing, the Sr. Manager/Director of Marketing Programs will be responsible for engaging local businesses to use the MerchantCircle network to grow their online presence. In addition to attracting new members, you will develop relationships with MerchantCircle’s member base of nearly 1 million local business owners by creating relevant programs using all outbound channels available including, but not limited to, the MerchantCircle website, search engine marketing, email marketing, event marketing and social media.
Manage marketing copy/positioning on the website
Develop high-impact email campaigns
Manage search engine marketing efforts
Develop impactful event marketing strategies
Manage social media programs
3 to 5 years of online marketing experience .
Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of projects and multi-task.
Ability to work cross-functionally.
Exceptional verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working with small business merchants highly desirable
• BA/BS degree preferred
